NDHP: Suspected drunk driver ejected from vehicle following crash in Fargo FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) A man suspected of driving drunk was seriously injured after he was ejected from his vehicle during a car wreck, according to highway troopers. In a media release, North Dakota Highway Patrol stated the 23-year-old driver from Fargo wasn’t wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash on Interstate 29. The incident happened at around 1:18 a.m. Saturday three miles south of Fargo. A 2014 Ford Fusion was traveling at unknown speeds when it failed to slow down for a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Patrick Hestbeck, 29, of Sabin, Minnesota.
